Tash, The first thing is to get an employer. I will assume that you already have one and go directly to the paper requirements. There are two types of permits, an Occupation Permit for those who earn more than Rs30,000 per month as salary. I'm a Mauritian citizen and Immigration consultant and thus I'm exposed to the different queries of foreigners. Dear Shawn Well I'm not surprised that the authorities haven't answered you yet! Normally all pets are placed in quarantine for at least 1 month. I'm used to immigration issues, that's my profession.
