hi it is true and at the current xchange rate it is only 767pounds per annum. if u r admitted into a residential programme then it means even meals and accomodation is covered. this is a govt inst. and as such has a social obligation and the fee is too low. and tries to keep the gap between foreign students and local ones narrower for obvious reasons. for more info contact me. i work there ...by alfna in: Malawi Travel Forum
