Hi Zkadri I have a well-running profitable eco-lodge for sale in a protected rainforest reserve less than two hours north of Lilongwe. Hi Bob To buy property in Malawi you need to invest at least $50,000 to get a business residence permit. It is not too difficult, though, especially if you go through MIPA, the investment agency.
