Jambo,

before you consider any Property get the House valied and get a Valuar to get you a valuation report to say what is the Value of the House and the seller is the right ful owner as per the Land register. Before geting in to problems.

When buying a home you will meet lots brokers, agents, representatives, customer service account executives, VP of this, VP of that, the list goes on. But keep in mind that every one of these titles should be renamed salesperson.Good real estate agents will listen to your wants and needs and arrange to show only those homes that fit your particular parameters. Your agent should preview homes before showing them to you as well.

A few months before you start house hunting, get copies of your credit report. Make sure the facts are correct, and fix any problems you discover. The answer is it didn't. First-time home buyers start the search long before most even realize it.
