One of our housemates has moved out of our 4 bedroom apartment on a job transfer. We are looking for someone to rent the room immediately.
The apartment is in a gated compound, with 24 hours security. Parking space is available within the compound.
The room is less than 5 minutes drive from the Sarit Centre and Westgate shopping mall. This means that all the social ammenities available within Westlands area are less than 5 minutes away.
The room is fully furnished. The rent is inclusive of all bills,utilities, service charge and cleaning services (room cleaning, linen change, clothes washing and ironing).
The rental charge per month is 37,000/= (inclusive).
