I think you can get in kwale or kilifi- out of Mombasa. This follows my earlier mail to you. Perhaps once you return, you can check with real estate agents that cover those areas, then view, carry out a search before you buy.
It's true take time before you buy a Plot ...nowadays there alot of conments who look like genuine in Kenya ..I was easyly coned in two incidents last year
