Looking for a flatmate to share apt on Riverside Drive, Westlands Area

Hi,
I am looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bedroom apartment on riverside drive, westlands area, fully furnished starting in February 2011. I am looking for a long term flate mate, preferably one year and/or not less than 6 months. They should be responsible, clean and friendly.

I am a 30 year old lady working for a not-for-profit organisation and travel quite a bit so you would have a lot of time alone at the house. The estimated rent all inclusive is Kshs. 30,000 this includes all utilities and cleaning lady.
