APT in cairo

Hi everyone, I am Canadian Egyptian moving to Cairo from december 04 - june 05 for a job with the Canadian government. I am desperately trying to find an apartment (hot running water, clean) near my work (garden city). I am looking at something accessible by metro or a 15 min cab ride. i appreciate anyone's help!
