Starting a campsite in Tanzania

We are currently thinking of starting a campsite in Tanzania. Does anybody have any advice on where to start and what to do and don't.

We already know of the tanzania investment center and the immigration info. But has anybody bought land and can you tell us what steps you took.

Where do we go if we found a good piece of land?

If someone has any tips or experiences, please let us know.

I hope this information will help you with your campsite and yes the idea is brilliant one and if you have found the land already please and please again confirm the title deeds with the Ministry of Land and Human Settlement before you have started anything on the land.
