Just thought that I would leave a message here to say that a big hello from Uganda and to inform everyone what a brilliant place this is. The best thing about it is that people are atill scared to come here because of it's past and that makes it so special because what we have here is pure uncommercialised fun. Come to Kampala, go to 'Just Kicking' and you'll never leave the country, I'll tell you now!

I will be in Kampala for 3-4 weeks and have a few questions. Is Lariam or Malarone available over the counter? Are ATM's available and is that a good way to get dollars? How much in advance should I arrange a trek to see the gorillas?- is two weeks enough time? thanks much
