Work Visa Needed

I am presently in Dar. I will be here until 23rd July 2011. Then i return to the UK. I want to return again in August and stay for 1-2 years. Can anybody provide info on obtaining an express work permit. I wont to go into any cash based business,but i dont have a firm idea yet,so I dont want to slow down the visa with trying to establish a business first. Any guidance will be appreciated
