Dear Sony,

I hope this email finds you well, let me help you by answering your Questions:

1. do need to get company registered at Tanzaniya for the same

There is no way you can do business without registering the Business, get TIN number - Tax Identification number, followed by your office inspection and then issued with the license to Operate the business. We have many forms of registration; Company, Partnership, and sole proprietor. Among all this sole proprietor is easy for tax purpose, but because you are not a Tanzania resident you need at least to join a Tanzania to make your registration easy and so you will have to follow under partnership or company.

If you don't want to register you can as well get a company which does as you want to do it here and do through them something that I don't advice, what kind of business do you want to Open?

2. How can I export items from Middle East to Tanzaniya.

Exporting from Israel is not an issue, but you just be ready to pay tax as usual, some of the goods are tax exempted and some are not, one good example is computers and their accessories, this are 100% exempted from TAX.

3. Does the clearance agent have great part on the same.

Clearance agent does help yes, if you don't want disturbance, running here and there get things done, a clearance agent can be of help, but I advice one thing, to start with get used to Tanzania laws and how TAX works, and just do on your own etc, it is not as hard you to think to make follow up on these things.

4. I am planning to keep one sales guy in tanzaniya. Does it help:

You cannot avoid this.

5. How is the market in tanzaniya and what will be the most booming market (Food, textile, building materials etc.)

Need a deep discussion, it all depends.

6. Regarding the money, do we need to be very carefull with people.

Everywhere in the world you need to be careful with money, even in Israel, no one will take money from you, but they might take an advantage of you if you are new and don't have knowledge with a lot of things.

The easy way to do this is to find someone from Tanzania, trust him/her and then follow what he/she advice- I have seen many people who comes to Tanzania doing this mistake, they don't even have one person that they trust and then it makes their lives difficult.

The bottom line is that, there are real good people in TANZANIA who can be faithfully and trust worth, and also there are people who can be very bad and do things that you can't imagine, you need time, and you need to give people chance to get a good person, without a local person, the business is hard.

I am William working with one tour company - I am one of the founder, I am accountant by profession, our website is: @#$%& dot come and email; willyworshipleader at yahoo dot com.
