Iam aZambian who would like to work in South Africa as an Auto-Electrician,but I do not know how to get a work permity.I will be very greatful if you let me know how I can get the work permity

You don't need any. Just take the bus to Zimbabwe. Plenty people can take you across the Limpopo river into S.A.
