I'm wanting to purchase a 445-50' sailboat in south africa and sail it to Tortolla. Can anyone tell me where to start looking?

Start with the Internet - I did a quick search on google with the words

and came up with quite a few results.

I don't know where you're currently based, but in SA there are loads of regional trade magazines with 2nd hand vehicles and boats - these are a good bet.
