Honeymoon in June

Hello All,

Me and my wife are planning for our honeymoon in mauritius during the first week of june. We are from India and have gone through the itineries from diffe tour operator are confused. Pls help us in the following queries .

1. what would be the climate like in the June 1st week/May 2nd week?

2. Which region in mauritius would be best to visit during June coz of climate conditions.

3.Which are the best places of visit. i know a few places like Trox aux Cerfs , Charamel,Botanical Garden of Pamplemousses etc. am i missing something?

4. Which is the best place to stay. my tour operator has provided me with quite some option. i listing it down in my prefernce from what ever i have read. pls let me know which one to go for.

Indian resort.
Golden Beach resort
La plantation
Le pearle
Martim
Tarisa.

the tour operator is stressing on Indian resort.

5. i have heard of a submarine ride. any pointers links to that. i wasnt able to find any.

6. I have heard of trips to Reunion island from Mauritius.How many days will take to have a good look into the reunion island too.

7. I am planning for 7 days. is this enough. tour opertaor is suggesting for 5 days also.

pls let me know on the above queries.

Yes: Plaine Champagne with viewing points,
Grand Bassin, Ile aux Cerfs, swim with dolphins,
south coast with Le Morne

Best place to stay: depend on the climat:
Maritim , Tarisa, Plantation

La Plantation ,
but far away from all, no shop,
you need a car to leave the hotel

and
Le Tarisa: nice, near to one of the best beach in mru: Mont Choisi
bus to Grand Baie and Port Louis,shops, moneychanger : in 10 min walk

I stay always in the near of this hotel

and
Maritim,
the best hotel of all !! 5 *
but: but far away from all, no shop,
you need a car to leave the hotel

it is a hot spot for the surfer,
far away from all,no shop,
you need a car to leave the hotel

Golden Beach resort, nice 3 * hotel, beach ok
bus, shops in the near

Le pearle,2* will close soon for renovation; next to the Golden Beach

the tour operator is stressing on Indian resort.

I would NOT take it

You need arround 5 days,

7 days are short, I prefer to stay longer
