Beachcomber hotels - Le Morne area

Would love to hear from anyone who has stayed at a beachcomber hotel especially Paradis hotel. We are planning our honeymoon there next year. Also advice on weather in July, taxis, car hire, food, buying drink outside your hotels etc etc.

We stayed at the hotel in May 2002 this year. It is fantastic, if there is a 6* Hotel, then this is it. Beautiful, beautiful place. We loved it so much, we are planning to go again next year 2003!! I'm confident you will not be dissapointed.

Can't comment on Paradis, but TAB was awful. We spent 6k and had a very sad and upsetting time. They didn't help us at all with compaints. We are not THAT fussy. The amount of things wrong are too many to list. We got married there and only hope that they have bucked up their ideas since. We did, however; have an excellent two nights in shandrani.

You're posting about TAB made me very curious, because we are actually considering staying there this April-May.
