Person required to run Viphya cottage by lake Malawi

I need a person to run Viphya Cottage in Chiweta near Livingstonia, in the norhtern region of Malawi. The cottage is homely, confortable and has a private beach right next to the lake with beautiful scenary. There are several buildings on site well maintained with all the furnishings.
