Trying to reach a friend at Duluxe Paint

I'm trying to contact a friend of mine Toni Chiwaya who works at Duluxe Paints in Blantyre. I've tried calling both the Lilongwe and Blantyre offices but my calls from the states just won't go through for some reason.
