Le Novembrier is a pleasant, semi-detached maisonnette, located in a quiet residential area of Pointe aux Sables, a small fishing village on the west coast of Mauritius.

Key Features of the Maisonnette

• Two bedrooms (one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor)
• A veranda and a bedroom balcony
• Ground floor bedroom has air conditioning
• Kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, extractor fan, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffeemaker, mini-oven and microwave oven
• Groundfloor bedroom has 2 large single beds.
• Off street car parking is available

The maisonnette is to let furnished and is equipped with telephone, TV set, mini hi-fi system, DVD player and a washing machine. Cutlery and kitchen utensils are available. A Weber BBQ is also at your disposal.

Pointe aux Sables is 10 minutes away by car from Port Louis, the capital city, 20 minutes away from Rose Hill / Quatre Bornes area and is well served by public transport.

Facilities
There is a supermarket about 5 minutes away by car. A restaurant is 5 mins away on foot. The public beach is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is just over 5 minutes away on foot. The bus service runs every 15 minutes from 5.30 am to 8 pm every day of the week.

Price per night: EUR 35

December - February: price per night is EUR 50

Reduced rates are available for long stays, usually over 2 weeks long.

Note: We only accept a minimum stay of 3 nights.
