Swanlamer No 12 is a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with an open plan lounge kitchen, and stunning sea views from the balcony and master bedroom.

Perfectly located 5 Minutes walking distance from the Swakopmund town center and from the famous Swakopmund Jetty, with several popular restaurants within a few hundred metres walk. Luxury extras include full DSTV service, consumables such as coffee, tea and toiletries, and all the modern convenience appliances. An indoor braai completes the Swakop experience.

A sleeper couch accommodates two extra persons if need be providing a total capacity of 6 persons, with rates starting from less than 100ZAR per person per night. The total rate for the apartment varies from 450 to 1200 per night depending on dates and length of stay.
