Nestled amongst granite cliffs, indigenous forest and cascading waterfalls, our low price lakeside accommodation is complemented by a fantastic restaurant/bar, and activities on offer include hiking, snorkeling, fishing, cliff jumping and cultural tours of the surrounding communities. Supporting the local economy, we also offer volunteering opportunities.
How To Find Us
Coming from Nkhata Bay you can either catch the
Ilala (ferry) or you can get a local boat. Both of
them stop at Ruarwe which is the village next to us.
During the dry season (hopefully soon) you can also
drive from Mzuzu to Usisya and then to us. Or a
small boat from Usisya.
There is also the option of a 6 day hike!
