This Cape Dutch gabled estate of 2, 5 ha boast the original manor house, built on the farm Clubview in 1920 by Colonel Frank Dyason. In keeping with tradition, the Malan family [current owners] have expanded the estate maintaining the original Cape Dutch style architecture. Encapsulated is solitude amidst lush majestic oak trees in natural free flowing indigenous gardens, Kleinkaap offers picture perfect luxury.
