Our aim is to provide you with good value, good service and a warm, welcoming environment and to have happy guests.

The courtyard is the heart of the riad—a central fountain to create coolness and calm inside the riad. The courtyard also serves as our welcoming area with locally made tables and chairs for dining and a dipping pool that is not only beautiful but also useful for cooling down in the heat of summer.

There is a traditional hammam on the premises. The whole is a wonderful blend of ancient and modern. The sound of trickling water from the fountain and pool provides a soothing ambiance.

All the bedrooms are individually decorated (the riad has 4 double bedrooms and 1 suite sleeping max. 12 people) and are light and airy with extremely comfortable beds and crisp, white bed-linen ensuring a good night's sleep.

The interior decoration is in fresh soothing white with the odd splashes of colour creating a calming effect. All bedrooms have individually-controlled air-conditioning/heating and en-suite bathrooms.

Toiletries are organic products by Nectarôme, a company with an organic herb/flower bio-garden in the Ourika Valley. Nectarôme combines the wisdom of ancient Morocco with the knowledge of modern aromatherapy and phytotherapy. A real treat.
 
On the roof terrace, there is a romantic pergola offering comfortable seating and sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the wonderful views of the Medina of Marrakech and the Atlas mountains – a great place to soak up the unique atmosphere of Marrakech and catch some sun.
 
The courtyard and the bhou (loggia) on the first floor also offer ideal places to relax and unwind from the exciting, enticing sights of Marrakesh. A great place to relax, read a book, listen to music ...
 
Breakfast and room service hours are adjusted to suit your needs and wishes. Breakfast consists of fresh orange juice, crêpes, bread, preserves, eggs, mint tea, tea and coffee. We can accommodate special requirements such as vegetarian, gluten-free diets.
 
Savour Moroccan dishes, including vegetarian dishes, with ingredients bought fresh from the markets and delicously prepared by Khatija. Highly recommended by our clients.

How To Find Us

Ask a taxi driver for the parking at Sidi ben Slimane (ben Youssef mosque). Detailed directions provided upon booking. We organize airport/train station/bus station transfers. You can be met at the drop-off point in Sidi ben Slimane.

Pricing Details

Rooms are priced individually. Rates are for the room NOT per person and include full freshly-prepared breakfast, all local tourist taxes and VAT, plus a host of other goodies. There are two seasons: High season: from December 17th to January 2nd inclusive, and March 26th to May 31st, inclusive. Regular Season: other times Below rates for regular / high season:
