Plattekloof is centrally located for trips to the Waterfront (20Min), Stellenbosch (20Min), Blouberg Beach (20Min), Shopping - 2 big malls (10Min), shopping centres (2-5Min), the Casino (10Min) as well as for Golf with two Golf Clubs only minutes away..

The units are serviced weekly.The Maisonette (130m2) can accommodate up to six guests in 3 double bedrooms. However, we only charge according to bedrooms used. The big balcony is the ideal place for sun tanning or sundowners. Every evening spoils you with another stunning sunset. On the ground floor, big sliding doors lead to a sheltered seating area (ideal for a barbeque) as well as an enclosed yard with space for the children to run as well as secure parking.The Lime Ostrich Room (28m2) is a double bedroom furnished with great attention to detail. It has direct access and its own outside seating area – of course with view of Table Mountain. There is no hob, it is however equipped with a Grill Microwave, fridge and coffee making facilities.

From the Airport:
When leaving the airport, after the BP turn left up
the ramp to get onto Borcherds Quarry Road (245
degree turn).
Go to the 2nd traffic light. Turn right into
Modderdam Road.
Keep left and take slipway onto M12 towards
Goodwood.
Keep going straight over the next sets of traffic
lights, driving past a low income residential area,
an industrial area, a Pick'n'Pay (on your right) and
a VW/Audi Garage (to your left).
At the 2nd traffic light after the Audi Garage turn
right into Rothschild Boulevard.
Go over the stop streets until you get to the 2nd
traffic light. You now have Panorama Mediclinic to
your right and a small Spar Centre up to your left.
Go straight. You are in Plattekloof.
Take the 1st right into Keurboom Street.
The 2nd street off to your left is Amandelboom
Street. Monteverdi is the second house to your
right.

From the City:
Take the N1 direction "Paarl'.
After about 19km take the "Plattekloof Road (M14)"
turn off.
At the traffic light turn left.
At the 2nd traffic light (Panorama Mediclinic is on
your left) turn right into Olienhout Street
(Plattekloof 2&3)
Take the 1st right into Keurboom Street.
The 2nd street off to your left is Amandelboom
Street. Monteverdi is the second house to your
right.
