The Zanzibar Grand Palace Hotel is located just minutes from the main Ferry Port into Zanzibar where the majority of tourists enter the country. The hotel was opened in August 2010 and is Stone Towns newest luxury hotel. With 33 luxury bedrooms over 3 floors each has remote ac's, large plasma screens with 60 channel cable, mini bar, in room safe, soft beds with Egyptian cotton linen, power showers, upgraded toiletries. All bedrooms are accessed via lift.

The hotel boasts 2 restaurants - The Bamnara is our 4th Roof Top Restaurant offering 360o views of both the Port and of Stone Town and offers an extesive 60 choice A La Carte Menu prepared by our Expatriate Executive Chef and his team of experinced Local Chefs. On the Ground is the Dock Cafe which looks out over the hotels gardens and serves Zanzibars largest and cheapest Pizzas, Salty Snacks and various ice creams, along with a variety of coffees and soft drinks. The hotel also offers an in house laundry facility allowing guests to send there garments for washing and pressing - chargable. 

The hotel also has stone towns largest conference facilities for up to 150 delegates along with 2 small rooms. A Swimming Pool is also being developed to further enhance the overall guest experience. Complimentary Wi-Fi
