The apartment was created by adding the bedroom from next door, so is the most spacious in the complex! There are two BEDROOMS, the double-sized one overlooks the mountains behind, it has a king sized bed,large fitted mahogany cupboards, and lockable shutters to let the cool breeze through while feeling secure. If required, an extra folding bed can be put in one end- or a cot or floor mattresses, and a curtain drawn across. The other large bedroom overlooks the gardens and can be made up as two single beds or a super-king- size double. It has cupboards, chest of drawers, mirror, bedside table, chair and ironing board.The SHOWER ROOM has a double hot water heater and large shower with glass doors, basin, toilet and cabinet. The DINING ALCOVE seats 4-6 and the new couch against the wall can be used as a place to sleep as well. The SALON has comfortable sofa and arm chairs- these are not suitable for sleeping on. It has television, books and games. French windows open to the terrace which has chairs, a tab le and large sun umbrella. The KITCHEN AREA at the other end of the salon is very well equipped with best quality china, oven, microwave, toaster, liquidiser, 4 burner gas hob and everything needed for cooking.  Gas and smoke alarms are present. , sateliteTV,DVD, radio-CD player,and  books, and games.  The TERRACE overlooks the pool to the nature- reserve hill beyond, and has six comfortable  chairs and a table with sun umbella.

Electricity , water , and bedding and towels are included. The apartments are serviced before arrival and at the end of every week.  Extra maid service can be provided, also a chef if required, just ask..  There is a full size cot available on request.

I bought here  as an investment, but fell in love with the area, the climate and the friendly people!  The King's summer palace is just down the road and the roads (and plumbing !)are convenient and modern, it is a very safe place to visit.  The Moroccan culture is still just as appealing and visiting the world heritage medina in Tetouin is to enter an unchanged and fascinating world .

There are excellent riding stables a short walk away, beaches 5 mins drive are bustling in summer but quiet at other times. The beach resort at Martill 15 mins, a huge supermarket 10 mins. Fresh fish, fruit and meat at M'Diq's market & little shops are 10 mins away. A  wonderful water park and thalassotherapy centre are 15 mins away, and two marinas.There are three excellent restaurants within walking distance. 

A welcome pack of basics is provided on free on arrival, and expeditions arranged or advice given by the excellentfirm which manages the flats for me.  They are also happy to collect you from the airport or port, or a hire car can be arranged.

We are a kilometer off the coast dual carriageway road between M'Diq and Tetouan, Turn left the first roundabout after M'Diq where there is a sign to Cabo Negro, and we are on the right a few minutes later, prominantly named.

Fly direct to Tangier - we can arrange for you to be met, or hire a car or taxi at the airport. Cheapest flights from UK to Tangier go via Madrid. Or fly to Malaga or Gibralter, hire a car, or taxi, or take a bus, then ferry to Ceuta from Algeciras and feel like a real traveller. We are half an hours drive from Ceuta.
