I bought two neigbouring apartments:

Mirador One has all the same living facilities as the two bedroom flat - cooking equipment, bathroom, terrace overlooking the very large pool and garden  etc  Comfortable adult size bunks are in the alcove in the hall and the salon has new Moroccan style couches that can also be used for sleeping on.

The bedroom with shuttered window overlooking the garden has 2 single beds, chair, mahogany wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, lights - and iron and board in the large mahogany cupboard. A cot can be squeezed in if requested.

This makes it ideal for families with children or people happy to  share, and the price is lower than the two bedroom Mirador Two!  Or it can be used just for two, with so much more space at a price not much more from the aparthotel.  It has TV, DVD,Radio, CD player, Hair Dryer, Iron and board, Microwave oven, Toaster, Electric oven, Gas hob with 4 burners, Books, Games and  Fridge .  Smoke and gas alarms are fitted.
It has air conditioning.

The large and comfortable sitting room has new Maroccan-style couches that can be used for sleeping on, the French windows open to the terrace, which in turn overlooks the garden, swimming pool and nature reserve Cabo Negro hill beyond.At the other end of the sitting room is an American style cooking area, with electric oven, 4 burner gas hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge- everything you could need for cooking.On the terrace is a wooden table  chairs and large sun umbrella p>

There is a  tennis court and playground on site and in the summer a stall selling basic food. The gate to the small complex is manned 24 hours, so children can play safely, There is parking available free outside the apartment. A very large supermarket is 10 minutes drive.  Excellent eating establishments within walking distance from Pizza to elegant meals.Our agents are happy to give advice, arrange collection from airport or port, supply extra cleaning or babysitting or a cook, hire bicycles, arrange scuba diving etc etc - just ask! French, Arabic, English, Spanish is spoken by them.

How To Find Us

Fly to the elegant new airport at Tangier,or helicopter/ferry to Ceuta,or the new International port where you can hire a car or transfer can be arranged to Mirador Golf, just ask when you book.'Skyscanner'is a good way of finding flights.

Royal Air Maroc flies from all major national airports and there are local flights from Casablanca and other Moroccan airports. It is also easy and fun to fly to Malaga ,or Gibraltar, hire a car and come over by ferry. There is a helicopter service from Malaga to Ceuta which is an exciting and enjoyable addition to the holiday.

Some people like to make a two centre holiday and fly to Fez, which has budget flights from many places too.

We are 20 minutes from Tetouan- from Tetouan take the dual carriageway (not the motorway!) towards Ceuta, turn right at the roundabout past the pottery stalls (signed Cabo Negro. Mirador Golf is 5 minutes drive on the right. It is clearly signed at the gate, which is manned around the clock.

From Ceuta, take the coast road, through M'Diq,up and down the hill, turn left at the first roudabout after leaving M'Diq, and Mirador Golf is on the right, 5 minutes on. (About 30 minutes from the Ceuta border, or an hour and a half from Tangier airport).

More detailed instructions can be given with booking, along with information on how the keys will be handed over etc. The flats are managed by an excellent firm they can fetch you from port or airport

High Season-£80.00 a night, or £400.00 a week :14 July-14Sept

Mid season- £60.00 a night or £300.00 a week :1 April-14July, 1 5Sept-15 Oct

Low Season- £50.00 a night (minumum 3) or £250.00 a week
