| Comment: | On the scale that you suggest, I'd rate our experience at 10 pts. in terms of services provided. That was also our honeymoon trip and our guide made it very special and memorable for us. The guide was extremely polite and flexible with our timing. The camps that were offered to us also contributed to our best possible experience. They were clean, welcoming, and supplied with great food. |

| Comment: | We've just returned from our custom safari we put together with the help of this operator. It was the trip of a lifetime! Siema was very helpful. He answered all our questions as we made the arragements and even met us of the day we were picked up in Nairobi for a trip to Lake Nakuru and then on to the Masa Mara. Our driver and guide, David, has over 15 years of experience and was very knowledgeable. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and David made it fun and interesting for them as well. From the transportation, to the lodging, to the game drives we had a perfect trip! I would recommend them to anyone planning an African Safari! |

| Comment: | My wife, daughter and I had the adventure of a lifetime in only one short week, thanks to the planning and arrangements made by the operator. They worked with us patiently over the Internet to tailor the itinerary so that it accommodated our dreams of what an African safari should be, while fitting it into our travel and budget constraints. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable, pleasant, drove safely and became our trusted friend. The Masai Mara safari was magnificent! We saw the "Big Five" in their natural environment, and came home with some awesome pictures. We went on to see the pink flamingos at Lake Nakuru, and walked amidst giraffes and zebras on Crescent Island. The accommodations were all first-rate and safe. We highly recommend them. |

| Comment: | I had the vacation of my life! I travelled with my son(12), and we both had a fantastic time. The animals were so close(you would want to get out and pet them), and the people were absolutely great! The accomodation were super: Mara Sopa Lodge" was beautiful, very clean, good food and the staff was so friendly and took good care of us. "The Flamingo Hill Tented Camp" was also nice, with good food and friendly staff.The walls were tents, so you would listen to the sounds at night.You had everything you needed with your own bathroom and electrisity. The staff followed us to our tents at night and showed us the way. Our guide took us to all the best places to view the wild animals, and told us patiently their names many times. We felt so good taken care of in every way, that I would recommend this to everybody! |

| Comment: | we had an excellent trip... the guide was very good and competent the car as well just tyres could have been more recent in mud and dust carnivore restaurant is finally a tourist trap we were not informed, in spite of our special request, that 15 kg for 2 persons were the max charge on the Lamu flight so we had to leave 1 luggage at airport (it was still there at our return) our appreciation is very favorable |

| Comment: | We (my father, sister, and son) had an absolutely incredible time and were totally satisifed with the service we received. Would like to especially thank Mr. Bernard Muchiri who was utmost professional in all of his correspondences and made us feel immediately welcome upon being greeted by him prior to the start of our safari. We would also like to thank Michael, our guide and driver, who was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of safari tracking as well as the myriad of species we saw. He was prompt, professional, and courteous the entire time and made the safari well worth our time and effort. The hospitality of the Savora hotels in Maasi Mara and Lake Nakuru were most accommodating - and we very impressed with the tent lodgings at the Savora Maasi Mara - it was top notched. Have recommended your travel agency, and that of the operator to many of my colleagues as we truly were delighted from beginning to end. | Comment: | The safari operator made our journey and vaccation a memory for life and an excellent experience! I don't think we could have gotten a better guide or better follow up from the company. Our guide, Peter, was competent, friendly and listened to all our requests. He really made an effort to make our journey a good one! And Siema at the office handled everything around the trip in a most splendid way. He was friendly, informative and easy to contact and get answers from, both from home and in place in Nairobi. All in all, we believe that this journey was one of the best we'd ever did. Much thanks to them all. |

| Comment: | The safari operator conducted it'self in a professional manner and the staff was competent. What particularly surprised me was how good the food was and the attention to detail. I also appreciated the respect paid to punctuality when daily schedules and times were established. I was satisfied with the level of service and would recomend them to others on the basis of service while on Safari. |

| Comment: | I am very happy to write a paragraph summing up our awesome, amazing trip to Kenya! In January I began the planning for leading a group of 10 on a trip to Kenya this summer. None of us had ever been to Africa before, and had many concerns about health, safety, food, etc! I did some web searching, and made some general inquiries of many websites. The Africa Guide website turned out to be so very helpful! Serah responded with the most complete itinerary suggestions, plus detailed estimates of costs and seemed to be very professional, so I selected her company to work with us. I cannot tell you what a delight it was to work with Serah and her team! She answered all our questions, was quick to answer e-mails, made some adjustments and changes efficiently and with never a complaint! The personal service was unexpected and gave me a real sense of confidence that all would be well! The trip went flawlessly; the safari experience was unbelievable in the numbers of animals seen; our drivers George and David were absolutely wonderful, and now I am planning another trip in July 2007 with the help of my new friends. I would encourage everyone to put aside any fears and experience the wonderful, kind people and incredible landscape of Kenya, with the help of this outstanding travel company. |

There was an initial mix-up on picking us up at our hotel but Serah, at the main office, and all her staff were very good at resolving the problem and and getting everything back on track. We had a terrific guide who was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgable about the Masai Mara and all the animals. We would recommend the company to anyone. |

| Comment: | Our trip went like clockwork. We did a 3 week trip and visited Nairobi,Amboseli, Masai Mara,Aberdare Country Club and the Ark, Lake Nakuru, Sweetwaters and spent our final week at Mombasa from where we went to Shimba Hills overnight. We travelled by both air and road and Serah put together an excellent itinerary for us which was customised for the two of us. We were really looked after by all the staff. All the hotels and lodges were outstanding, and the food was first class. The only hotel we didn't like was Tree Hotel at Shimba but we gave feedback to the Mombassa rep who took it up with the hotel. It was my Birthday whilst on Safari and a cake and presents were arranged by the tour operator! Ours was an intensive trip with an extensive programme which exceeded our expectations. I can honestly recommend this operator and hope to use them next year when we go to Tanzania. |

They arranged a Kenya Safari for us covering three different parks (Lake Nakuru, Sweetwaters and Samburu Nat. Park). We were very satisfied with the accommodations, the driver/guide, vehicle and the many animals we saw. In perspective, we would have perhaps added one more day to our safari to enable us more game viewing (particularly at Lake Nakuru Park). Overall all was good and we appreciate Mr. Boaz' effort and dedication in putting this safari together for us. I will call you him to thank him for this. Their tour operator in Tanzania was professional and reliable, offered very good service during our trip. | Comment: | Thankyou for your email and the opportunity to provide some feedback...after our time in Africa, we continued our honeymoon in Europe so we have only just 2 days ago returned home to New Zealand. We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVED our time in Africa!! We were nervous booking our trip through a company offshore but we were so pleased we did! EVERYTHING was perfect! The attention to detail and effort Siema put into organising our itinerary for us was beyond superb. We felt completely looked after from the moment Siema met us at the airport, throughout our entire trip, and even when we were transferred to the airport at 1am for our departing flight! Our driver/guide Amos was fantastic! He was helpful, caring and full of so much knowledge that he willingly shared with us. We never felt we were asking too many questions which is such a nice feeling when you are immersed into a new culture you want to learn so much about. Our transition to your sister company for our trip through Tanzania was smooth and without hassle, again we were so well looked after. All our accommodations along the way knew we were on our honeymoon and each did something of their own choice to make our stay romantic or that little more memorable - we felt so special! We will never forget our time in Africa, nor the new friends we have made in Siema and Amos. If we ever return to Africa or have friends and family wanting to visit Africa, we know exactly which company we will be contacting! | Comment: | The tour operator was very professional and the trip went 100% smoothly. Our luggage weight was too heavy and they took 1 suitcase back to their office for us. By the time we discovered that we left all our papers e.g.(itinerary) they were gone. After a quick phone call, they assured us that they will call ahead to each lodge, telling them that we DO have vouchers, but not with us.True to their word we were expected everywhere. I found this operator on the internet,and to tell the truth I was a bit worried as one never knows.... They proved fantastic above all expectations. |

| Comment: | I am very happy to give a glowing reference, we had a wonderful time. Our guide Michael was 1st class, friendly, knowledgeable and made my wish come true to see Hippo's. I had made my wishes known to to the operator beforehand that it was a priority to see Hippo's, however this was not included in the itinerary. Michael to the rescue! he juggled our time of departure and our meal times and fitted in in between transfer from one location to another. For that reason I would give the company 9 out of ten. And a big fat ten to Michael, thank you so much you made our trip. The location of our accommodation were all very different , with different experiences in each location, all in all it was well planned and I would definitely do it again, and would not hesitate to recommend, |

| Comment: | As an overall response I must say that our tour was extremely rewarding and that the services provided by the operator were excellent - until the last day. Our guide was both knowledgeable and skillful. He was particularly considerate of our ages and physical limitations. Our respect for the beauty of Kenya and the friendliness of its citizens has increased beyond description. Despite the depressing poverty that we saw I admire the positive attitude of the people. The only negative was our last day and that was a very disappointing and costly one. Our itinerary was for us to return to Nairobi after an early morning game drive and to overnight at the same hotel in which we had begun the safari. But then it was suggested that we consider changing the plan to stay in the Maasai Mara instead. The idea was to afford us additional opportunities to view the wildlife. Both hotels are part of the same chain. However, the operator said that because we had booked the Nairobi hotel through a US agent she couldn't help so we dealt with the Sarova Mara Tented Camp ourselves. With the amount of business given to the Sarova chain by the operator it seems that they should have pushed harder. In addition to paying a hefty premium for the reservation change that was made and for an added day of safari we found out, after the fact, that we had to pay an additional day's park fees. All that we got in return was a short morning safari ride. We didn't even get the promised "early morning game drive" on our day that we returned to Nairobi. |

| Comment: | Our safari went far beyond our expectations. The team were very personal and professional at the same time. Whenever we had questions they were addressed immediately before we traveled and during the trip our sales consultant, Bernard Muchiri, phoned and asked how our trip was going and could they be of any help in any way. Bernard also came to the hotel and introduced himself at the beginning of our trip. Our guide was superb, exhibiting a great deal of knowledge about his country and getting us to a place where we were able to see and photograph the animals. He did everything in his power to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this company because it is doing everything right in showing off the country. On the Tanzanian part of our tour we also had a most memorable experience. Our guide was a veteran driver/guide who knew where to find animals and birds. He was very considerate of our personal well being. He was proud to be showing us his country and also gave us background on its history and people. Both of these tour groups were just excellent. |
