Dear Gerry, We live in Vilanculos - Mozambique, expats that have been here four years. I would just like to clarify what kind of land you are looking for? Dear Vaughan, We are expats living here for 4 years - there is lots of opportunity here for investment depending on what you would like to do, be very weary of anyone trying to sell and re-sell, as in Moz you cannot own the land: Goverment owns it but you can have a 99 year lease if you develop.
