I am putting this out to anyone who may be able to give me advise. I'm wanting to lease some coastal land in Moz (Vilanculos or Ponta). What are the legalities of owning land in Mozambique as a South African? And how much are we talking when it comes to signing a 99 year lease for land in those areas? Very interested in Moz, pls assist me if you can!...
