Looking to lease part of a 3000 acre piece of land about 30 minutes drive from Nairobi. It's currently a running farm with the occasional tourist excursions. Although very close to the city, it has a very remote feel with breathtaking views and lots of wild animals. It would be a great place to build a tourist lodge or run a large commercial agricultural business or both.
