I am a 25 year old female. I have a four bedroom flat in Lavington. I am looking for a flat mate (My current flatmate moves back to London in July). The monthly rent will be KES 33,000. This is inclusive of all bills and a maid that comes in three/four times a week. The apartment building has a gym and is very close to social amenities.
