House Sharing from January in 4 Bedroom Flat (Lavington) 30,000 all inclusive

I am looking for a female housemate to share a fully furnished flat in a secure residence in Lavington – Behind Valley Arcade Shopping Centre, near Nakumat Junction - Walking distance to Kileleshwa and 10 min drive to Yaya Centre. My current housemate is moving back to the States.Preferably someone who is coming to Nairobi for 3-6months. Available from January. The cost includes cleaning, use of gym, electricity and water.
