Im not a lawyer or anything, but i can tell u that legally, there r no problems or obligations at all!!!! u want things the right way, u wanna marry her! no one can put a blame on you !!..go ahead and fight for ur love!...It is probably, the girl's family cultural issues and all..but u can together sit with her family and convince them,it works trust me..i know this coz my aunt is married to a german!
