High Speed Satellite for Cyber cafés in DR of Congo (Kinshasa)

We currently have a project to set up multiple cyber café and IT training centres in the Democratic Republic of Congo capital’s (Kinshasa).

I was wondering if someone can advice me of a good High-speed and reliable satellite service with reasonable price that can serve our Cyber cafés and IT centre?
