We are an energetic couple wishing to invest in a lodge/hotel in Southern Africa (preferably Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana and Mozambique) where we have controlling interest and management of the property. We would prefer the property to be located next to water ie; Zambezi River, Kariba, ocean etc... The property must not be too far off the beaten track (close to shopping facilities) but must have easy access by road. We would prefer an established business with 20 to 40 beds that offers game and water activities. We may be interested in a new or undeveloped property depending on the price. Obviously we will be looking for a property that is a good investment where we will receive a fairly quick return. The property must have the correct title deeds
