Three male lions had taken down a female buffalo right next to the road at a watering hole. The lions ate out the chest of the buffalo and then proceeded to get stuck into the bottom bits. And then the surgery took place, the male lion pulled out an entire unborn foetus and carried it to a nearby bush where he ate it.
