Starting an orphanage / safe house in Zimbabwe

Hello,

I would like to start an orphanage which also works as a safe house for abused women and children in Zimbabwe. Does anyone know how to go about the registration and set up. Its something I have been procrastinating for a long time and I really want to start now.
