Many buses

I would like to find out about bus schedules from Arusha to Dar. Particularly, I will be needing a Thursday morning departure from Arusha. Is there a bus station there? Are reservations needed?

Arusha - Dar buses are available almost all the time from early in in the morning to noon. No need to book, of course.
