I just want to ask, is it possible to immigrate to Seychelles and to live there all my life?
I can't find any resources about it.
I'm a Russian student, future programmer (but I am great already .
I want to know what are requirements and so on...

There is currently a high demand for programmers and other professionals in the IT sector. Try to apply at DICT here in Seychelles. Can't promise anything but anything's worth a try I guess. Your chances are increased if you have a Masters degree.

Check the following websites often for vacancies:
- www.employment.gov.sc
- www.ict.gov.sc

Seychelles is currently focusing on employing locals, but we still have a lot of expats here so applying is worth a shot. Good luck.

I am interested in Seychelles as a retirement home. I have just started the research on requirements for becoming a resident/citizen.
I am a retired (from NASA) Computer Scientist.
