American man marrying Moroccan Muslim girl and need some female advice

I am madly in love with a girl who is originaly from Fes, Morocco. We are engaged to be married and while I am trying to learn and follow many of her family's traditions, the distance obviously makes this more difficult. I would like some help from a muslim female in regards to traditions as well as helping me translate a letter from english to proper Arabic that I wish to send to her mother. If anyone could find the time it would be greatly appreciated. I know there are many translation sites online but I would like to have someone who could not just translate to Arabic but make sure my letter would make sense.
