International Legal Firm with the Head Office in Eastern Europe is planning to establish an Office in Seychelles. We are seeking for a Head of Office with experience in legal sphere and good administrative skills. Good knowledge of offshore business is a must! Our Seychelles Office will focus on:
• registering IBC in Seychelles;
• providing corporate services;
• providing nominee services (directors, shareholders);
• submitting and obtaining documents from the Official State Structures of Seychelles;
• other relevant services.
Candidate requirements:
• Degree in Law
• Experience with registering IB Companies in Seychelles
• Experience in working with Official State Structures of Seychelles
• Good administrative skills.
• Experience in corporate financial reporting
• Responsible, accurate and honest.
