In actual fact for some time now and on a freelance basis i have been writing academic papers for an online research company in the US all formatted in APA citation style. I am highly proficient in MS Word which i often use for my word processing tasks. My computer is also installed with Acrobat Reader to facilitate reading of PDF documents. I have an active gmail account. I am in the meantime opening a skype account which i believe will be very essential when receiving payments.
