Looking for partner to establish an international school in Tanzania

As a Tanzanian it saddens me to see that there are few international schools that offers MYP...IB curriculum. Many parents are therefore forced to take their kids to neighboring countries and overseas. We would like to make a difference in our society. We are therefore looking for someone to come in as a partner and/or Academic Director with a primary focus of establishing an international school in Tanzania. The person should have experience in business development and running/managing schools. The person should have references from reputable schools and has a network that can be used to source teachers or knows of an organization dealing in school management similar to that of, Global Education Management Systems (but with lesser charges).

We are looking for a person with a Nationality from UK, USA, Switzerland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden or Canada for the Academic Director(and or partner) role. In the future we will be looking for teachers from EAC, SA etc. We look forward to hear from a person with a passion to share their experience with children living in Tanzania.
