A short exciting safari with an overnight stay at this scenic bird and rhino sanctuary, which is also a World Heritage Site. Enjoy two long gamedrives and spot the rich variety of wildlife in the park
Day 1: Morning pick up from your Nairobi Hotel or from the airport by your tour driver cum guide, after which you depart for a very scenic drive down into the Rift Valley. Stop at the viewpoint to admire the views and possibly purchase some curios. Arrive at the lodge in time for a buffet lunch. Your late afternoon game drive will encircle the park and will allow for plenty of game spotting.
The park is home to a variety of animals, only with the notable exception of the elephant. Your game drive will also take you to the baboon cliff, overlooking the lake, where you can step out of your vehicle and enjoy the stunning views.
Return to your lodge for dinner. Overnight at the Lion Hill lodge or equivalent. [ L,D ]
Day 2: Early morning game drive to different parts of the park. After your breakfast, depart for Nairobi. Stop along the way at Lake Elementaita. This is a small but beautiful lake and you can also visit a small eco tourism conservation project run by the local community.
Arrive in Nairobi before midday.
End of tour.
