Day 01-Arrival
Arrive at Addis Ababa, Bole International airport meet our representative and then you will be transferred to hotel. Overnight 4* hotel

Day 02- Fly Addis – Gondar
Early in the morning, transfer to the air port to fly to Gondar, the 17th and 18th century capital of Ethiopia. After check into the hotel you will have a sightseeing tour of the town of Gondar. Overnight Hotel

Day 03- Drive Gondar – Debark- Sanka Ber
After an early breakfast, drive 136 km north to Sanka Ber via Debark, the headquarters of Simien Mountains National Park. Around Sankaber, make short walks to visit the incredible Simien Mountains and
one of the endemic mammals of Ethiopia. Overnight Camping

Day 04- Trek Sanka Ber – Geech (3600m, 5-6hrs trek)
Trek from Sanka Ber to Geech visiting the Jinbar Falls and with stops to visit the other views of the Simien Mountains. Overnight Camping

Day 05- Trek Geech – Imetgogo (3990m) – Geech (3600m, ~6hrs trek)
Make excursion to Imetgogo to have one of the best views of in the Simien Mountains National Park. Overnight Camping

Day 06- Trek Geech – Chenek (3600m, ~7hrs trek)
Trek from Geech to Chenek. Today you will have a chance to visit the other endemic not only to Ethiopia but only to the Simien Mountains – Walia Ibex. Overnight camping

Day 07- Trek Chenek – Ambiquo (4220m, 6 – 8 hrs)
Trek from Chenek to Ambiqo climbing Buhit Mountain the 2nd highest Peak next to Ras Dashen in Simien Mountain ranges. Overnight Camping.

Day 08- Trek Ambiquo – Ras Dashen (4620m) – Ambiquo (8-9hrs)
Trek from Ambiqo climbs to the Ras Dashen the highest peak in Ethiopia. In the afternoon return to Ambiqo. Overnight Camping

Day 09- Trek Abiquo – Chenek
Trek from Ambiquo back to Chenek. Overnight Camping

Day 10- Trek Chenek – Sanka Ber (5-6hrs)
After breakfast, trek from Chenek to Sankaber. Overnight Camping

Day 11- Drive Sanka Ber – Gondar
On this day you will drive back to Gondar visiting the Felasha village on your way to Gondar. Overnight Goha hotel

Day 12- Fly Gondar – Addis Ababa and Overnight departure
After your breakfast, transfer to Gondar air port to fly back to Addis. Up on arrival and transfer to the hotel, you will have a city tour of Addis that includes:-

Trinity Cathedral:-a beautiful church with a baroque style of European architecture which is unique to both Ethiopia and Africa and is dedicated to the Holly Trinity. Here you will find scripts of the imperial families, statues done by a Greek sculpture, Stained glass window paintings from the Old and New Testament in the Bible and coffins of Emperor Haile Sillasie-I; the founder of the church, and his wife.

National museum: - Known for its collections of Archaeological findings and the fossils in which the oldest hominid Skeleton Lucy is found. Visiting this museum is a highlight for visit to the historic route.

Ethnological Museum:-It is found in the main campus of the Addis Ababa University by the Institute of Ethiopian Studies with the aim to preserve the country's historical and cultural heritages. It has complete collections that describe almost all the tribal groups in Ethiopia. Here you will have an overview about the history, culture and traditions of the people of Ethiopia. The collections include the nomadic tribal groups that are now living just as man's forefather lived thousands of years back.

Mercato: - The largest open air market in Africa. In the evening, you have fare well dinner party in one of the traditional restaurants in Addis Ababa where you can also enjoy the folkloric dances of different ethnic groups. Overnight Ghion hotel
