Day one: Lushoto – Lukozi - Rangwi – 45km

Day two: Rangwi – Mtae - Jiwe la Mungu-47km

-Dinner and overnight at Gologolo campsite
Day three: Jiwe la Mungu – Mkuzu – Soni – Bumbuli - 58km

Tropical rain forest, view points, traditional villages, waterfall, tea plantations.

-Dinner and overnight at Bumbuli campsite
Day four: Bumbuli - Mpalalu or Matawanda-40km

Day five: Mpalalu - Amani. 30km.

Day six: Amani – Muheza - Pangani. 60km.

- Nature of terrine: Down hill to Muheza and flats all the way to Pangani.

Day seven: Pangani - Saadani 48km.
