Itinerary: This is an opportunity for passionate anglers and water sports lovers. They can use this trip to ride on the largest man-made lake in the world and try their hand at landing game fish. We will first drive in the morning to the port of Akosombo, where a small craft will take us to the so-called First Island, an uninhabited isle in the Volta Lake supposed to be a vantage point for angling man-sized Volta Perch. The trip there will also give us a chance to view Ghana from one of its most beautiful sides. Our lunch will be a take-away package served on the isle. After comparing catches and a sun downer at the Volta Hotel, we will return to Accra in the evening.
