Note:
We do not place groups together. This way you are ensured the full attention of our guide, but with the added knowledge of our guides’ experiences. It also means that we can start the tour on the day you prefer.
ITINERARY:
Day 00: ARRIVAL DAY
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to Arusha town for dinner and overnight. Note that: your airport transfer and accommodation on this day is not included in the price below, but we can arrange on request at extra costs.
Day 1: LAKE MANYARA NATIONAL PARK
Starting in Arusha - After breakfast transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing, lunch, dinner and overnight Manyara, Lodge or Camping.

Day 2: LAKE EYASI
Drive from Arusha to Lake Eyasi, arrive Kisima Ngeda for Lunch after lunch briefing on activities and schedule. After briefing, visit the Datoga blacksmiths. Learn how to make jewelry, arrows, tools, etc. Visit the Datoga family group. Tour traditional homes, grind maize, build livestock hedge, talk with women (through translator), and learn about traditional dress.
Return to Kisima Ngeda for Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: LAKE EYASI
Morning, gather honey with the Hadzabe men. Up to 4 miles walking over rough terrain required. Return to Kisima Ngeda for lunch.
After lunch, Relax around lodge, then walk to Lake Eyasi, visit fishpond, climb kopje behind lodge, return to Kisima Ngeda for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: LAKE EYASI
Morning gather honey with the Hadzabe men. Make poison for arrows; learn how to shoot arrows and make fires. Return to Kisima Ngeda for lunch, after lunch rest and relax at your lodge.

Day 5: LAKE EYASI - SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
- After breakfast transfer to Serengeti national park with lunch box and game en-route, dinner and overnight Serengeti, Lodge or Camping.

Day 6: GAME DRIVES ON SERENGETI PARK
- After breakfast continues with game viewing in Serengeti National Park. Take a hot lunch at Seronera and there after lunch transfer to Lobo for dinner and overnight, Lodge or Camping.

Day 7: OLDUVAI GORGE
- After breakfast, with packed lunch and game en-route drive to Ngorongoro Oldupai gorge the archaeological site. Dinner and overnight, Ngorongoro, Lodge or Camping.

Day 8: NGORONGORO CRATER
- After breakfast descent into the crater for tour around the unbroken caldera that encloses the wildlife. Lunch Ngorongoro, after lunch is your chance to visit Maasai boma, and evening drive Tarangire for overnight at Lodge/Camp

Day 9: TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
- After breakfast game drives in Tarangire national park. Hot lunch at the lodge/camp then drive back to Arusha for dinner and overnight.

Day 10: ARUSHA to ZANZIBAR
- By Flight (Precissionair) departs Arusha at 1100hrs and arrive in Zanzibar at 1215hrs, meet & greet at the airport and transfer to your hotel in town for overnight.

Day 11: R & R (rest & relax)
- At leisure and overnight at your hotel in town.

- After breakfast transfer you to the hotel at the East Coast (Blue oyster hotel) for overnight.

Day 15: ZANZIBAR to DAR to HOME
- Pickup from your East Coast hotel and transfer to Zanzibar airport for your flight to Dar-Es-Salaam in connection to your departure flight back home.
