In between this challenging course, you will have an opportunity to explore some of the Cape’s treasures, such as the penguin colony on Boulder’s Beach, Cape Point, the Winelands, and Table Mountain

Once you have tamed the seas on your surf-kayak, it’s now time to get up on your feet and learn the arts of sand-boarding and surfing, similar actions but in very different environments. The surf along the Cape peninsular is legendary, with waves to suit all levels of surfer, especially beginners. Sand dunes also abound, some providing slopes of serious gradient…a sand-boarders dream! During this week you will also have the opportunity to see more of the region; in Cape Town it is difficult to be bored – adventure is all around you
